End-User License Agreement (EULA) for FitFlow

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Brurberg.dev, the developer of FitFlow (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of the App

FitFlow is designed to read fitness and health data from Apple HealthKit and provide users with training readiness scores, sleep scores, heart rate variability (HRV) status, and personalized running workout suggestions. The App is intended for recreational fitness purposes only and is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use FitFlow on iOS devices you own or control.

3. Health Data Access

•   FitFlow reads data from Apple HealthKit only with your explicit consent.
•   The App does not store or transmit any data outside your device. All calculations are performed locally based on HealthKit data.
•   By using the App, you acknowledge that fitness trackers and the data provided by HealthKit are not medical-grade tools and should not be used to make medical decisions.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to: 1. Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. 2. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. 3. Use the App if you are under the age of 18 without parental consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

•   FitFlow operates on a subscription model, managed through Apple’s App Store.
•   Apple’s payment system handles all subscription payments, renewals, and refunds. Please refer to Apple’s terms for details.
•   The subscription grants access to premium features, subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

•   The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
•   FitFlow does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the training readiness scores, sleep scores, HRV status, or suggested workouts.
•   Always consult a medical professional before starting a new fitness program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or monetary losses.

8. Privacy

•   FitFlow does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. All data remains on your device and is processed locally.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.
